Bdm77 Terms & Conditions – Complete Betting Platform Agreement

Bdm77 (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") operates an online Sports Betting service in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between bdm77 and its users.

By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, and that online betting is legally permitted in your region. Failure to comply with bdm77's terms and conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Bdm77 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account on bdm77, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any false or misleading information is found at the time of registration, the account will be suspended immediately.

Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

• Valid email address
• Current address

Bdm77 may request additional verification documents at any time, such as a copy of your national ID or passport. If documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, your account will be temporarily suspended.

Bdm77 currently supports deposits through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important Deposit Information:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are usually processed instantly
• If there is a delay in your deposit, please contact support with your transaction ID
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted

Bdm77 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own fees, which are outside bdm77's control.

Withdrawing funds from bdm77 is simple and fast. Once KYC verification is successfully completed, you may submit a withdrawal request at any time.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered mobile banking number
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted

To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, specific wagering requirements must be met. Bonus balance will not convert to real balance until wagering is complete.

In cases of suspicious activity, bdm77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing and may request additional verification.

• Cashback Offer: Cashback is available on net losses over a specified period. Cashback can be withdrawn directly.

Bdm77 strictly monitors bonus abuse. If a member is found manipulating the system solely to obtain bonuses, the bonus will be forfeited and the account suspended.

• Bdm77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds caused by a technical error
• Maximum payout varies per event and is stated on the bet slip

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdm77. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Creating multiple accounts under one individual (multi-accounting)
• Creating an account solely to claim bonuses
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of fraudulent manipulation
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or use bots
• Stealing or misusing another member's account credentials
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in the odds
• Placing bets on behalf of minors

Bdm77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found
• Providing false or incomplete verification information
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

You may also request to close your account at any time. If there is a remaining balance, you will be able to withdraw it through the standard process before the account is closed.

• In the event of unexpected server downtime causing service interruption
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances

Bdm77 is not responsible for your betting decisions. Any financial losses incurred through betting are solely the user's responsibility. Any statistics or analysis provided through the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute betting advice.

Bdm77 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made:

• 7 days' notice will be given for major changes
• May take immediate effect in the case of urgent changes
• Notice of changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications
• You will have the option to close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms
